Protection of the Ligurian Sea bottlenose dolphin - D.G.R. n. 414/2023 [Draft]

The new proposal for the delimitation of the pSCI for the protection of the bottlenose dolphin in the Ligurian Sea, approved with Resolution of the Regional Council n. 414 of 05/05/2023, is part of the actions envisaged by the Presidential Decree. 357/97 which transposes Directive 92/43/EEC relating to the conservation of natural and semi-natural habitats as well as wild flora and fauna. The cartography was prepared on the basis of the findings of a study conducted by ARPAL for the protection of the Tursiops truncatus species.
