Coastal Land use from SIOSE for Tarragona PSSA...
SIOSE High Resolution Land Use data from 2017 is also modified and transformed as a harmonized dataset for ReMAP project, the files is in geopackage format, cut 500 m inland for Tarragona PSSA part for Spain. SIOSE is the Land Cover Information System of Spain, integrated into the National Land Observation Plan (PNOT), with the objective of generating a nationwide land cover database.
It is produced in a decentralized and coordinated manner among various administrations, following the INSPIRE principles and undergoing periodic updates.
Currently, this project is part of the "Copernicus" program, whose main objective is to establish an Earth Observation System under the mandate of the European Commission.
