Ports planning areas
Polygons that represent the areas covered by specific plans of ports development (PRP Piano Regolatore Portuale) and thus not interested by MSP planning.
The legal status of the plan is quite different, some of them are fully approved and legally binding (approved after 1994) some of them are old plans with updates (prp with ATF) and some are still ongoing.
Attribute anno_prp contains information about approval and needs further investigation on the authority website
